There are really as many type of travellers as there are people. Here we take a tongue in cheek look at some of the common types.1. The Complete Budget TravelerThe complete budget traveler travels on a strict budget and does not vary from it, no matter how exciting the recently discovered opportunity is. No extra drinks for this traveller unless someone buys him/her one.2. The Perennial Party AnimalThe perennial party animal has one focus and that is to have fun usually at a bar. These travellers find places to party where others cannot. Perhaps they should be partnered with the complete budget traveler!3. The Flexible Go-anywhere TravelerThe flexible go-anywhere traveler just chills out where-ever he/she is. There is no need for planning – everything is good. They go with the flow and to not need to know where they are going. Perhaps the traveller that enjoys any experience.4. The Methodical PlannerThe methodical planner does not do anything that is not pre-arranged. Every second is planned and when things go wrong as they inevitably do, they feel unloved. They will always be found where ever the plan tells them to be.5. The Modern TechieThe modern techie can only travel if he/she has the latest travel accessories and gadgets. Stay close to the modern techie to learn what items works and what items are a waste of money for your next trip.6. The Avid Souvenir BuyerThe avid souvenir buyer has money to spend and anything that he/she wants to remind them of the holiday. The head for the markets and shops and not interested in spending any time with the perennial party animal. Usually has trouble with baggage weight limits on the homeward journey.7. The Know it All TravelerThe know it all traveler studies everything from the guidebooks and internet prior to travel. He/she finds great joy in asking the most in-depth questions of the guides or continually interrupts the guide with statements of “fact”. Not sure who the know it all traveller should travel with.8. The Fancy PhotographerThe fancy photography will probably have the most expensive camera (and don’t forget the lens) and take the longest to take any photograph. Other travellers are always waiting for him/her at any special sight. They also like to get out very early to “catch the light.”9. The Constant ComplainerThe constant complainer finds everything on the tour not to his/her usual standard. Usually claim to be frequent travellers and often want to “talk with a higher authority”. Probably should stay home and enjoy the things that are there!10. The Helpless TravelerThe helpless traveler finds everything a little too much. He/she will ask the most unusual and often useless questions. Often there will be someone on the tour who takes the helpless traveller under their wings to protect them from the others.11. The “I am looking for myself” TravelerThe “I am looking for myself” traveler is searching for something. It is something unique for each or the “I am looking for myself” travellers. Beat to let them find themselves but make sure that they get about safely.12. The Incessant Talking TravelerThe incessant talking traveler does not leave anyone alone. They crave a discussion on almost any topic. Often they are quite interesting people but enough is enough.13. The Travel Light TravelerThe travel light traveler needs only one cabin bag to see the world. They a proud of their achievement but their travelling companions struggle when there is no time for washing clothes. They tend to like to borrow things.14. The Repeating TravelerThe repeating traveler goes to the same place or holiday each year. He/she can provide at least 101 reasons why you should join them. They take pride in telling you that they have seen three management changes at the hotel and the last manager was better than the current one.15. The Exercising TravelerFinally, the exercising traveler rises every morning to a vigorous physical workout. Only stay at hotels with gymnasium and swimming pool. Usually fussy with food and claim to eat “healthy” until the free wine is put on the table.Whatever type of traveler you are or come into contact with – enjoy the experience and learn from them. Even the most tedious travelers will have something interesting to say.

How Universal Health Care Impacts Medical Debt Collections
The health plan that President Obama is proposing is going to be efficient and effective. In order to be efficient it would have to be streamlined and working well, for example, there couldn’t be loads of bad debt sitting on the books. In order to be efficient, the bad debt would have to be collected and always try to be up to date or very minimal. Currently 5% of hospitals gross revenues are written off to bad debt and charity and this is before the implementation of the health care plan.Some collectors have told me that they are worried that third party collectors or collection departments receiving payments through the proposed plan may take longer than an outside insurance agency or a personal payment could take to get paid. As debt collectors we are used to slow payers but always working on new ways that payments can be obtained more quickly rather than slower. With this new program, many collectors are worried that payments will be slower which we will be forced to accept since it is a government program. On November 25, 2008, InsideARM said that “Debt collectors who currently specialize in medical receivables shouldn’t expect fewer accounts, but the balances forwarded to them by clients may be smaller.” According to Kaulkin Ginsbergs Health Care Analyst Michael Klozotsky, “Just because you insure more people, it’s not going to drop people’s co-pays and deductibles”.According to Paul B. Ginsburg, Ph.D, “For payment reform to reach its potential, Medicaid programs and private payers of medical care such as insurance companies should participate in developing new Medicare payment methods and follow them to the extent possible. Many health care providers have substantial market power and the ability to offset Medicare payment reductions with increases for private payers, so creating payment structures that are uniform across payers can increase the potential of payment reform to change provider behavior. If a public health insurance plan is a part of health reform, then an all-payer rate-setting structure could help establish a level playing field for all health insurance plans.”The White House.gov website says, “The President has vowed that the health reform process will be different in his Administration – an open, inclusive, and transparent process where all ideas are encouraged and all parties work together to find a solution to the health care crisis. Working together with members of Congress, doctors and hospitals, businesses and unions, and other key health care stakeholders, the President is committed to making sure we finally enact comprehensive health care reform.”The Administration believes that comprehensive health reform should:o Reduce long-term growth of health care costs for businesses and government
o Protect families from bankruptcy or debt because of health care costs
o Guarantee choice of doctors and health plans
o Invest in prevention and wellness
o Improve patient safety and quality of care
o Assure affordable, quality health coverage for all Americans
o Maintain coverage when you change or lose your job
o End barriers to coverage for people with pre-existing medical conditionsWhat does it mean for your business if this health care plan protects families or consumers from bankruptcy or debt due to the costs of maintaining their health. How will consumers avoid the debt of health care costs to stay healthy when they cannot afford it? I am all for helping consumers stay out of debt, but have concerns about how this new bill protects consumers from the debt of medical bills and how will this affect third party collectors.Small businesses are an important source of job growth in the United States. Firms with fewer than 20 employees accounted for approximately 18 percent of private sector jobs in 2006, but nearly 25 percent of net employment growth from 1992 to 2005. Many collection agencies are small businesses, and have many questions on how this plan will affect how they collect debt, how much debt they are able to collect and how much time they will have to wait to get paid if they get paid at all. Recently, during my consulting calls I was working with someone who is considering starting a medical collection agency and is worried there won’t be a demand for his services or any debt out there to collect based on this healthcare plan. In my opinion medical collectors should not worry about repercussions of the Universal Healthcare plan, there will still be plenty of work.You can take steps now to prepare for this new plan, consider how you accept other government payments or deal with their offices and this may be similar. Set up policies and procedures now to use when the plan goes into affect. Once you start working with your policies when the plan is in place, you can tweak it to fit your billing and accounting practices. Just talking about it with your employees will help everyone to feel more comfortable with the plan once it is in place, everyone will have heard about it and will have an idea on how to handle those accounts immediately. The more efficient and effective you can be, the quicker you may get paid. Agencies can also assist with the insurance collections and will find an increase in that line of business, the providers will find it hard to educated, train and hire staff to deal with the additional follow up and if they move or shift workers from dealing with self pay accounts this would not compensate for the increased workload of collecting from the insurer. As one reader stated, “Anything the Government gets involved in becomes more complicated and complex, clients will need their collection agencies to help them deal with this even more.”Free enterprise will always prevail. The insurance companies that are out there now, aren’t going to go away once we have this new healthcare option. The biggest impact I have found that debt collectors foresee with this new plan is how slow they may be paid or how slowly their clients may be paid. Start working with your medical clients and help them work with their patients so that they can serve as an advocate and show empathy for each individual situation and help them to work on a realistic payment plan – your job as the collector – enforce that payment plan. The longer you wait, the worse off you are – catch accounts that need help early and you will be ahead of the game.
Educated Men Masturbate More Than Other Men

More men who are high school educated (95%) and who are college educated (96%) are involved in masturbation for at least some period of their lives.Masturbation frequencies after marriage are highest (69%) among men who are college educated. Only 42% of men who are high school educated, masturbate after marriage and only 29% of the least educated males.There is no objective measure of a person’s imaginative capacities. But someone who is more educated is likely to be more imaginative because they use their minds and have been exposed to more ideas. Those who are successful academically may have a more active imagination due to increased mental capacities in general. Education is therefore only a guide to the likelihood that someone is imaginative. A good imagination is needed if a person is to use fantasy for arousal when masturbating to orgasm alone.Kinsey commented on the taboo over masturbation among the uneducated. Kinsey linked male sexuality and education because of the use of fantasy. A creative imagination is likely to be an even more critical requirement of female masturbation because women are not aroused by real-world triggers. There are many fewer women (compared with men) who have a mind that responds positively to eroticism. Accurate statistics are difficult to obtain for women’s experience due to ignorance about orgasm and how it is achieved.Men do not boast about achieving orgasm, which ends the pleasure they enjoy from thrusting into a body orifice. Some men like to delay ejaculation with a lover for as long as possible in order to enjoy the sensations of intercourse. Others (especially younger men) approach sex more strongly focused on ejaculating as a means of releasing accumulated sexual tension.Research indicates that uneducated men seek out prostitutes more than educated men do. For many men, one vagina is much the same as the next. Educated men make more discerning choices over the sexual scenarios that interest them. Educated men look for more sophistication in the woman’s sexual performance including her willingness to be proactive with a lover. Educated men also expect a greater emotional connection with a lover. Education causes a person to have an increased sensitivity to the views of others. Educated men are more inclined to accept a woman’s desire to spend time getting to know a person before becoming sexually involved.Men have a biological sex drive but they make conscious choices over how and when they achieve orgasm. A man is also influenced by the company he keeps and the society in which he lives. Sex involves another person, which makes consent an issue. Some women, typically those who lack experience and who are less educated, are more sexually willing than others.Alfred Kinsey found that younger generations of women were better informed about orgasm. They were more inclined to say that orgasm was possible with a lover but at the same time they agreed to have sex less often than older women. He suggested that changing attitudes in society and women’s emancipation, meant that younger and more educated men were more inclined to take into account their partner’s lower desire for sex. As women gain confidence with age and experience, they are more likely to insist on their own preferences for less regular sexual activity with a lover.Research indicates that less educated men are more responsive than educated men. That means that overall (including all forms of sexual activity) educated men have fewer orgasms on average than less educated men. It is strange that something such as education should have an effect on responsiveness. Responsiveness is an innate characteristic of the human mind and body. It is not determined by environmental factors. We need to differentiate between our potential to orgasm and what we actually achieve.Less educated men tend to have more intercourse than more educated men. This is because more educated women are more assertive about making their own sexual decisions. They are potentially more financially independent and so have less need to keep men happy. Such women are less inclined to marry and to be asked to marry than less educated women. So less educated men who marry less educated women have an advantage.An educated man can also substitute masturbation more easily than a less educated man. But masturbation does not satisfy men emotionally or sexually in the same way that intercourse does. Orgasms are achieved through intercourse with much less effort typically than those achieved through masturbation. The time to orgasm may be faster with masturbation but the ease of arousal is not as spontaneous because a man has to use his imagination. So a man who has orgasms primarily through intercourse is likely to have more orgasms than a man who substitutes masturbation.Males with the highest frequencies of masturbation are most often those who become adolescent first.
